The blade features a premium 75CR1 high-strength alloy tool steel core. Through quenching and hardening technology, along with four precision manufacturing processes, it achieves a monolithic structure with exceptional hardness, toughness, and resistance to chipping, deformation, and cracking-ensuring superior safety and reliability.
Features an 8-10mm wide cutting segment design that delivers exceptional sharpness and wear resistance. Engineered for extended continuous operation, it enhances blade longevity while maintaining chip-free performance during dry cutting, ensuring safer operation.
The thickness of the cutting head is only 1.8mm. It is ultra-fine and ultra-thin, cutting sharply and neatly, without burrs, without edge chipping, and without burning the blade.
The blade incorporates stress-relief holes to significantly reduce vibration amplitude and noise during high-speed rotation. Multiple cooling vents enable rapid heat dissipation, resulting in substantially improved cutting efficiency.
