100mm/3.94inch Multi-purpose Universal Brazed Saw Blade unlike conventional brazed saw blades, this blade employs a low-temperature vacuum brazing process to permanently secure the cutting teeth to the blade body, achieving exceptionally high bonding strength between teeth and substrate. The blade exhibits outstanding sharpness, versatile functionality, and high cutting efficiency.
100mm/3.94inch Multi-purpose Universal Brazed Saw Blade offering excellent versatility and broad applicability, this blade meets the cutting requirements for the vast majority of materials. It is equally suited for cutting hard, brittle materials such as tiles, stone slabs, and natural stone, as well as thin, fragile materials including colour-coated steel roofing sheets, thin-walled pipes, and PVC conduits.
100mm/3.94inch Multi-purpose Universal Brazed Saw Blade, diameter: 100mm (3.94inch), centre bore diameter: 20mm, cutting head size: 10mm, cutting head thickness: 3.5mm. Specific dimensional parameters may also be customised according to user requirements. Additionally, OEM/ODM customisation services are available.

Diamond Saw Blade: Safety and Usage Precautions
Diamond saw blades are highly effective tools for cutting hard, abrasive materials like concrete, stone, asphalt, and ceramics. However, their performance and your safety depend heavily on correct handling and operation. Please adhere to the following precautions at all times.
1. Before Operation: Selection and Inspection
Select the Correct Blade: Ensure the blade is specifically designed for the material you are cutting (e.g., a blade for concrete should not be used for granite). Using the wrong blade will lead to rapid wear, poor performance, and potential failure.
Check Blade Specifications: Verify that the blade's diameter, arbor hole size, maximum RPM, and operating speed are compatible with your saw machine. Never use a blade that exceeds the saw's maximum RPM.
Inspect the Blade Thoroughly: Before mounting, carefully check the blade for any cracks, segment weld damage, or warping. Do not use a damaged or deformed blade.
Inspect the Saw Machine: Ensure the saw is in good working condition. Check the flanges, arbor, and blade guards for any damage or wear.
2. Mounting the Blade
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and a dust mask when handling and mounting the blade.
Clean the Machine: Make sure the saw arbor, flanges (clamping washers), and all contact surfaces are clean and free of debris. Rust or dirt can cause improper mounting and imbalance.
Mount Correctly: Place the blade between the flanges, ensuring it sits evenly. The direction arrows on the blade must point in the same direction as the saw's rotation. Tighten the arbor nut securely.
Check Flange Size: Use the correct flanges specified by the saw manufacturer. Flanges that are too small can distort the blade core and cause dangerous vibration.
3. During Operation: Cutting Procedures
Wear Full PPE: During operation, your PPE (safety glasses, face shield, hearing protection, respirator, and sturdy gloves) is non-negotiable.
Let the Blade Reach Full Speed: Allow the blade to reach its full operating speed before beginning the cut.
Use the Proper Cutting Technique: Do not force the blade. Let the diamond segments do the work. Applying excessive pressure will overheat the blade and damage the bond, reducing its life. Make controlled, steady cuts. Avoid twisting or side-loading the blade in the cut. For deep cuts, use multiple passes rather than one deep pass.
Ensure Adequate Water Supply (for Wet Cutting): If using a wet-cutting blade, a consistent and sufficient flow of water is essential. The water cools the blade, suppresses dust, and extends blade life. Never use a wet-cutting blade dry.
Allow for Proper Blade Cooling (for Dry Cutting): If dry cutting, follow a strict cutting schedule. Cut for the recommended time (e.g., 15-30 seconds), then let the blade run freely in the air for a similar period to cool down. Overheating can warp the core and damage the segments.
Secure the Workpiece: Always clamp the material securely to prevent it from shifting or binding during the cut.
4. After Operation and Storage
Allow the Blade to Cool: Let the blade cool down completely before handling or storing it.
Clean the Blade (if wet cutting): After use, run the blade in clean water for a few seconds to remove slurry from the segments. This prevents clogging and preserves cutting efficiency.
Store Properly: Hang the blade vertically on a rack or store it flat in a dry place. Do not stack other items on top of it, as this can cause warping.
