Alternating angled teeth perform the cutting action, while flat teeth smooth the cut surface and remove debris to prevent aluminium adhesion. A 15° positive rake angle ensures sharper penetration with reduced cutting force, minimising heat generation and material distortion. A pronounced clearance angle ensures the blade back does not rub against the machined surface, minimising heat accumulation. The base is crafted from 75Cr1 alloy steel, offering high strength and excellent elasticity. The cutting teeth utilise tungsten carbide material for superior impact resistance and toughness. The 100-tooth configuration provides ample space for chip evacuation, preventing overheating and blade adhesion, enabling rapid feed rates for efficient aluminium cutting.
